We help people get fitter, healthier, achieve their goals and change their body shape we are more than just a weekly fitness class!
I want to teach as many people as possible what properly coached, carefully constructed, physically demanding workouts are all about. My group coaching consists of 2 sessions per week, with meal plans, progress tracking, Home and Gym workouts provided ALL via my app.

WHAT'S INVOLVED IN THE CLASS?
I focus on the whole body, with every session we incorporate free weights, cardio and body weight exercises, we really focus on keeping the sessions fun, fast and very interactive, the sessions are very flexible and fit every person, from beginner to very advanced, you go at your own pace.

FITCAMP: WHAT’S INCLUDED?
The FitCamp group coaching consist of:
- 2 sessions per week every Monday & Friday
- Nutrition Guidelines
- Meal plans and Recipe ideas - with macros, calories
- Home and Gym workout plans
- Progress tracking through my App, where all of the above is provided.
PRICE OPTIONS
The camps are usually £80 per month, however, we have listened to your feedback and created three options for you to accommodate your busy lives, as we understand some of you may struggle to make it every week, juggling work, children/childcare or other commitments.
Your options are:
1. £6 Pay as you Go (price per x1 session)2. £8 per x1 session (with Nutritional Support)
3. £80 per Month (with Nutritional Support + Workouts for Home&Gym)
