How is semi-private TRAINING different to 1-1 PERSONAL training?
It is common to think that the only way to get results is with 1-1 Personal Training sessions - having a trainer's eyes on them at all times. This is not true and you will find that almost anything that can be achieved in a 1-1 session could also be achieved in a Semi-Private (small group) training session!

Semi-Private sessions take place in small groups, which average at around 2 clients per session.
Research has shown that small group training can benefit your results, because of the friendly ‘community feel’ and friendly nature of these sessions.
Semi-Private training also provides additional support from like-minded individuals will help you improve the amount of effort you put into each session!
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING PACKAGE:
This package entitles 2 Clients to 2 sessions per week of coaching with Wilf Barclay, AND INCLUDES:
- Initial consultation, assessment & screening
- Nutrition guidelines
- Before, during & after photos
- Before, during & after measurements
- Weekly check-ins via the Inbody Body Composition Analyser
- Daily food diary assessment via Coach Barclay App
- Daily contact via Coach Barclay App
- Accountability & motivation
- Access to the Lifestyle Recipe books
All this is inclusive for £160 Per Month, Per Person (2 Session Per Week @ £20 Per Session, 8 Sessions Total Per Month)
